Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt vorhanden. Wir haben uns zu viert wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, bei dem wir sehr kurzfristig und total unkompliziert unsere vierte Person nach buchen konnten. Dankeschön

Für den Urlaub gut ausgestattet, super zentrale Lage, hell und gemütlich. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Das einzige was wir tatsächlich vermisst haben was eine Salat/Rührschüssel. Als erfahrene Ferienwohnungsnutzer (2-3mal pro Jahr) nehmen wir sowieso immer eine Pfanne mit, die vorgefundene wäre auch nicht nutzbar gewesen. Dies eint fast alle Ferienwohnungen. Und es liegt sicher nicht am Vermieter, der nutzt diese ja nicht. Fazit: Wenn es uns wieder mal nach Zingst zieht, kommen wir sehr gern wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Vor der Balkontür hätte auch noch ein Fliegengitter sein können. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Angenehmes Quartier inmitten der Stadt. KeinSchnickschnack.Treppe nicht ganz kinderfreundlich. Leider kein KiKa gefunden. Fliegengitter an Fenstern sehr wichtig- für effektiven Durchzug gerne noch eins mehr.

Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral, perfekt für Strand (10 Minuten Fußweg), Essen gehen, Einkaufen 23 Minuten EDEKA zu Fuß. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Großzügiger Schuppen für Fahrräder oder Bollerwagen/Kinderwagen hinter dem Haus. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kinder perfekt. Schlafräume sowie Bad mit Dusche im OG, Essbereich mit Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie kleines WC im „EG“. Unter dem FeWo ist ein Modegeschäft. Mein Tipp an den Vermieter. Die Töpfe und Pfannen mal auf den neusten Stand bringen. Es gibt aktuell nur eine brauchbare Pfanne und zwei Töpfe. Würden diese Wohnung wieder nehmen. Und empfehlen diese gerne weiter. Ein Stern Abzug wegen den Töpfen. PS wir hatten zwei Verdunklungsrollos mit Saugnäpfen dabei da die FeWo keine Rollos hat.

Lage und Einrichtung perfekt

Wir (2 Personen 70) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Zingst verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage super zwischen Hafen und Strand. Ein Edeka war fußläufig in 1 Minute erreichbar. Als eher ausreichend bewerten wir die Sauberkeit sowie die Freundlichkeit der Wohnungsverwaltung. Alles in allem jedoch ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Zentral gelegen zum Bodden und Strand. Viele Lokale im Zentrum. Besondere Empfehlung die Strandkate, die Fischplatte ist so lecker. Viel mit dem Rad unterwegs, das Auto wurde nicht bewegt.

Wie schon seit 4 Jahren war der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung wieder sehr schön. Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr wieder in dieser Wohnung zu übernachten. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich. Alles was man täglich so braucht ist vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage macht den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, sauberen Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Kleiner Makel - eine zerbrochene Glaskanne der Kaffeemaschine haben wir umgehend dem Serviceteam gemeldet. Wir benötigten die Kaffeemaschine nicht.
