This Two story Island Style home in the Kiahuna Resort area is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath and a half bath with approximately 2400 square feet of "interior" living area along with additional lanai and balcony living area providing you with over 3200 total square feet of living area. Constructed with some of the finest materials with mahogany doors and trim throughout. Soffit lighting softens the feel of this Island home with it's Vaulted Ceilings. There is Quartzite Stone flooring throughout this home with wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms. Flooring in each full bathroom is Travertine. The Master Suite upstairs has a huge walk in marble shower, a deep Kohler jetted tub with surrounded by marble along with an expansive marble vanity with twin sinks. The second Master Suite downstairs also has an expansive vanity with twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. All showers have Large-scale walk in showers with Kohler 'rain shower heads' and fixtures. Each Master Suite comes with a King size bed (Cal King upstairs) while Bedroom #3 comes with twin size beds that can be converted to a King Size Bed. Master Suites have large walk in closets with Mahogany built-in drawers. The third bedroom has Mahogany doors that open to an expansive closet. The Half Bath upstairs is also if finished with Mahogany, granite vanity and Kohler fixtures. Mālie Organics Beauty spa products are provided in each bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, liquid hand soap and body lotion along with fragrant diffusers.

The Den/Day Room opens up to a covered lanai overlooking the Golf Course. The kitchen is finished with Granite counter tops throughout. Kitchen appliances consist of a Wolf 6-burner gas range oven, built in Wolf microwave/convection oven, Sub Zero refrigerator, Cuisinart 10 cup Auto set timer coffee maker, Krups coffee grinder, Oster blender/food processor, and a toaster oven. The home comes with Central AC. Free WIFI internet access provided along with Cable TV. For your enjoyment there is a 55' Sony TV in the Great Room and a 42' Sony TV in the downstairs master suite. The home comes with Security System. Built in BBQ located on the upstairs Lanai along with an outside sink and mini Sub Zero refrigerator. The pocketing Fleetwood sliding doors bring in the picturesque golf, mountain and ocean views.

Beaches, restaurants, and shops are but a 2-3 minutes drive by car. This home is situated in an area ideal for walking in and around the Poʻipu area. You can walk from the home to Poʻipu shopping center or beaches in about 20 minutes or so, give or take, depending on your stride.

Down the road is the Poʻipu Shopping Village where you find shops and art galleries along with several restaurants which provide casual and local fine dining. Every Monday and Thursday evening at about 5:30 pm enjoy the free Hawaiian entertainment and Hula.

Take another short drive over to the Kukuiʻula Shopping Village where you will find a variety of shops that offer fashion, gifts, and Décor. The Restaurants in the Kukuiʻula Shopping Village offer casual and fine dining using locally grown food including locally raised grass fed beef. Enjoy an evening of Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. The Art Galleries in this shopping village feature some of Kauai's renown artists. Each Wednesday afternoon from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Kukui'ula shopping center there is an open market featuring locally grown veggies and fruits, flowers, spices and many other items.

This two story island style home on the Kiahuna Golf Course is over 2400 square feet of "interior" living area with additional covered lanai area of approximately 800 plus square feet, more or less, providing some 3200 square feet of living area. In a quiet neighborhood with privacy and in yet close to the beaches and shopping within the Poʻipu and the Kukuiula areas. Old Koloa town, about a 10 minute drive, offers dining, shopping, banks, a small grocery store and a post office. It is great for couples traveling together with the two master suites, one upstairs and the other downstairs. The third bedroom downstairs is separated by the Day Room, again offering privacy for our guests. The large private baths are designed with stone and glass. The Gourmet kitchen comes equipped with high-end appliances which add to the luxury of this home . This home is also equipped with central AC to keep the home comfortably cool, especially during the hot humid summer months that run through the September month. If you are a golfer, you are right in the back yard of one of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed courses here on Kauaʻi. Minutes to the renown Poʻipu Beach Park and Prince Kuhio Beach, known for it's snorkeling, you can enjoy a day of sun and surf or swim with the marine life. Relaxing Stay

We chose this home for the space, for the privacy and the location. It delivered on all counts. The house was very well stocked with all the items you need for cooking (we never once said, "oh, they don't have that.") And we cooked a lot. The BBQ on the deck was perfect for grilling so we didn't have to turn on the oven. The beds are super comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful. Since we were there for 12 nights, we washed our linens once in the washer/dryer in house, but service for this can be requested if staying a certain amount of days. The home is not close to ocean and a little over a mile to main road, but was not an issue for us and well worth it for the beautiful home, space and peace. Elizabeth was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Note, my husband and I travelled with our twin teens and Mom, and everyone had ample space.

Great location / Immaculate Home

We love to vacation in Kauai every summer. When we found this home 3 years ago, we knew it needed to be a part of our vacation. Our vacation week is now determined by the availability of this home.

The layout of the home allows for privacy for adults and kids. Sunsets from the back deck are phenomenal. The amenities are first class.

You can't go wrong by making this your home for vacation.

This home is perfectly maintained. It has a very calm substantial vibe in a quiet neighborhood. Amazing kitchen and luxurious master bath. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating.

The property was absolutely gorgeous!

This was overall the best deal. It's a huge beautiful house set way back on a golf course. For the price and what you are getting you can't beat it! My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and when we arrived we were left gifts and treats:) It was so much better than staying in some hotel with a bunch of people being loud all the time and not having a kitchen. It truly is heaven on earth. Elizabeth was also available for anything at the drop of a hat and was very accommodating. She made our stay excellent and everything we had hoped for. It's also close to Poipu beach and not far from other beaches and touristy places. We plan on going back in the future and will definitely check to see if this house is available when we do.

We had a wonderful stay in Koloa! The house and view (golf course and distant ocean) were gorgeous! Liz was great, anytime we needed anything she was but a call/email away. We always felt very safe and secure in the house the entire visit. We also loved having things we could take on day trips (ice chest, beach chairs, etc...)-it really made relaxing that much easier not having to worry about the little things. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and hope I get the opportunity to do so in the future!

awesome house

First of all Liz was a great host setting us up in advance for the Beach Club which gave us a place to work out, take classes, pool etc.

There were 2 couples and we easily could have had a couple of kids or another couple and they would have had their own room and bathroom.

Having the snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, towels made it so easy to go to the beach. Just show up with your suit. We are golfers so really enjoyed the course proximity and seeing golfers all day.

The kitchen was perfect with spices, everything you need to cook, and we did a lot of cooking.

If you come to the island and want a water view or a pool at your residence then note that it does not have either. It is exactly as pics show with a great view of the golf course.

Our one and only issue was that the air temp is set and cannot be adjusted, based on this we were not allowed to keep the doors to the beautiful deck open. This was a disappointment and when my husband did open them unknowingly someone came immediately to the house to reprimand him. We really would have liked to turn the air lower at night and have the option to open the doors as they truly make the living area enormous.

Outside of that we loved the house.

This home is situated with a southern exposure. There are both mountain and ocean views along with views of the Kiahuna Golf Course as it is situated on the 4th fairway close to the 4th tee box. We are a 2-3 minute drive to the local beaches, one well known beach, Po'ipu Beach, is right down the road from this home. The Po'ipu Beach Athletic club is also available next door to, one street over about a 2-3 min drive.

There are 9 golf courses on this Island, with 4 here on the South Shore. There are ocean activities; snorkeling, surfing for those surfers, paddleboard, kayaking and more as well as many scenic attractions: Spouting Horn where you can watch a blowhole spout a plume of sea water into the air whenever waves are forced under the lava shelf and up through the opening of the lava coast, and Allerton Tropical Botanical Gardens considered a Garden Paradise is must see. Po'ipu is known for it's great weather and beaches. The historic and picturesqe Old Koloa Town has much of it's charm with shops that now occupy the plantation buildings along Koloa Road. There you will find the Koloa History Center where you can learn more about the town's heritage which began in 1835 when the first major successful sugar plantation in Hawaii began. It later became part of Grove Farm in 1948.

Drive to the West Side through Old Hanapepe Town known as Hawaii's biggest little town, where you will find many art galleries and old architecture buildings where you can buy souvenirs on your way to scenic Waimea Canyon (Mark Twain said that this was the Grand Canyon of the Pacific) and at the lookout you will see Kokee' State Park where there are numerous trails for beginners and seasoned hikers. Waimea Canyon is a Heritage site of Hawaii and a must see. Every Friday evening from 6-9pm Hanapepe Town celebrates it's art walk where you can see a variety art galleries and local crafters. You can also enjoy the live music and entertainment or dine at one of the several restaurants there.

On Kauai’s North shore, is peaceful Hanalei Town. Graced with timeless beauty, this lovely small town is home to everything from historic places to contemporary art galleries. he Waioli Mission House and step back into Kauai’s history. Browse Hanalei’s art galleries for made in Kauai art and carvings made from rare, native Hawaiian woods. And then there is the historic Hanalei Pier that was built in 1892 and has long been a favorite gathering place for local residents who go there to surf the bay, fish, swim and play music on Hanalei Bay. In 1957, the pier became world famous when Oscar Hammerstein II and 20th Century Fox featured the pier in the classic film, "South Pacific." After a busy day of soaking up Hanalei Town’s history and charm, kick back, relax and watch a luminous sunset over Hanalei Bay.
