Less than a minute walk to the bottom of Gondola One. 2-Bedroom + Loft, 3-Bath is a perfect setup for your lodging needs. Bedding is a King, King, and a Queen and twin bed in the loft. This property is so close to all the activities in the Village, no car is needed. There is NO ON-SITE PARKING, if you bring a car, during the summer parking is FREE in the Village Structure. During the winter parking is CHARGED at the daily rate in the Village Structure, (APPROX $50 PER DAY). I have an on site manager that takes care of the property for me. Great location, but a bit noisy. No central air.
This condo is perfectly located in the heart of Vail Village.
You have easy access to the slopes, restaurants and shopping. The management company is very attentive to are your needs. The condo is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. For the price, I would recommend this condo.

Center of Vail, but with it comes noise.
Let's start with the positives. The location of the condo is in the center of everything. It is only a short walk to ski lifts, biking trails and is near all the nightlife. There are plenty of restaurants, dining establishments and coffee shops just a block away. The rental agency is professional and the process of renting the location was convenient.
For out of towners, If, you are staying in Vail during the summer months, and if you want or need air-conditioning, this location does not have it. As I found out in talking to locals, not many residences do. If you want or need air-conditioning, you will most likely need to stay in a hotel. (make sure you check with them to be sure). While it was in the upper 70s for the most of our stay there, the temperature inside our condo consistently went above 85 degrees during the day. You have to sleep with the windows open at night. Not a problem right? Well, the location of the condo is above a restaurant and bar; with it windows on the second level over the dumpster. So every morning between 6 and 7 am, you were awakened to the sound of the local garbage truck emptying its trash, including cans and bottles.
Sleeping in past 7 am was not an option in this rental.
Glad you enjoyed the stay. Sorry for the early wake up. We have talked to the business below, and have tried to get them to watch the noise. In the winter time, it is not as big of an issue with the noise. Again, sorry for the noise some items are beyond our control.
