You will have access to the entire home, including private fenced in front yard and use of the private driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles, or larger work truck(s) or even parking for an RV.
Other things to note:
There are two rental units on this property. This listing is for the bungalow home that is towards the rear of the property. It has it's own private driveway. There is a separate detached unit sits toward the front of the property with its own private fenced yard, and there may be guests staying there during your visit. You can also rent both homes together—creating a 4-bedroom, 3-bath stay with parking up to 7 vehicles that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Can fit RV or larger trucks in the driveways.
