Apartment "Villa Rita Superiore" with Lake View, Garden and Pool

The 95 m² vacation apartment Villa Rita Superiore is located in Domaso on Lake Como in Italy's northern Lombardy region. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the villa overlooking the lake shore. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television. Guests can enjoy the lake and mountain views while relaxing on their covered terrace or cook delicious dinners on the grill. The shared facility also offers a pool (open from May 15 until the end of the summer season), as well as a children's pool and outdoor showers. A restaurant (with take-away service) is in the immediate vicinity and a wider variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and stores are just a 1-5 minute walk away. The apartment has direct access to the beach and lake. Guests with small boats can deposit them directly in the garden in front of the beach or moor them (in the case of larger boats) 400 meters away, in the nautical center of the town.



A boat departs from the port touching all the most interesting points of the lake, in the area there are also windsurfing and kayaking schools. Bicycle paths are available in the Domaso area and wind along the lakefront and breathtaking mountain landscapes (bike rental near the property at 500 meters). Milan Malpensa airport is a 1 hour 44 minute (100 km) drive from the apartment.



The holiday house, located inside a Camping ground, is divided into 2 apartments and can be rented separately or in its entirety.

Pets are allowed (the property is dog-friendly and there is a nearby beach that welcomes four-legged animals).

Parking is possible in the parking area adjacent to the house or in the garage (with closing time).

A charging station for electric cars and electric bicycles is available.
