Nice apartment on the harbour

Straightforward entry procedure. Fantastic location and view. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and transit. Activities on the promenade were wrapped up at a respectable hour so peaceful for sleeping. Nice experience. Television and washing machine instructions would be helpful.

Perfect location for holidays in Alcudia

We had a great stay in Alcúdia. The apartment is super clean, spacious enough for us two, very well equipted with everything you need for a shortlonger vacation. The view from the balcony is amazing. It was very relaxing to take meals there. Also good location at the port for going to the beach, renting a boattaking walks, many restaurants and a supermarket just downstairs.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Apartment was in ideal location, with a lovely balcony to watch the world go by. The only negative was there are no instructions in the apartment for the wifi, so had to email ideal property, who got back to me first thing in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend, awesome balcony view

The flat was the perfect size for a couple and the views over the port were smashing. We intended to eat out every night, but in the end we preferred to stay in and make our own meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine worked well and the place was spotless, although with such a hefty cleaning bill, I would expect it! Superb location, friendly supermarket opposite. Absolutely recommend this apartment.

All good no issues, we had to contact office to get WiFi code, but only a small issue, everything worked, nice view a little noisy due to local restaurants but we expected that, good parking, very clean and well equipped, zircon kept whole place cool

Holiday

We stayed here for a week, and liked this property very much. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you need, but the best part was the balcony overlooking the harbour and the location, really close to all restaurants and shops, literally 1 minute away. Check in easy,just had to pick key up from letting agency, a few mins away by car, where they explained everything you need to know, inc recommendations for restaurants etc. We would happily come back.

The property was spotless,however my request for a second pillow prior to arriving for medical reasons was rebuffed,the air con remote had the battery cover missing,allowing the batteries to fall out.I did not report this as my request for a second pillow was met with disinterest.the chairs on the balcony could do with an upgrade.very nice location and well equipped

A little gem in a stunning location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better. You can walk to Alcudia “Old Town” in less than 30 mins.The furniture was clean and comfortable, including the chairs on the balcony which often let properties down. There was a supermarket across the road which sold everything we required, including warm baguettes.The restaurant/bar (Negre) which was below sold great food and drinks. The atmosphere was brilliant and noticed, when people watching, that it was a “Go To” destination. We thought it might be noisy but wasn’t any problem.I would have liked two pillows instead of one pretty flat one and a blanket for the balcony would have been lovely as we were there in May and it got chilly in the evenings.The shower could do with a bit of an upgrade but none of these would stop us returning here.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und der Altstadt entfernt. Der Supermarkt befindet sich gleich vis à vis und Restaurants sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten tolle Ferien.

Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen ist unschlagbar.

Man hat die Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften direkt vor der Tür, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt gegenüber ist super um noch schnell was zu besorgen. Auch wenn hier viel los ist, halten die Fenster den Lärm gut ab, unser Kleinkind konnte so ungestört schlafen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Schlafzimmertür, die sich nicht ordentlich schließen lässt, aber das ändert nichts an der Top-Bewertung.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinem Manko

Eine schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Es ist alles notwendige für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Die Abwicklung über Idealproperty war absolut reibungslos, vielen Dank ! Leider ist das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss extrem gut besucht und erzeugt eine enorme Lautstärke durch Musik und Unterhaltung. Die Abende auf dem Balkon waren schon sehr anstrengend und zum schlafen mußte das Fenster geschlossen werden. In der Lage ist das eigentlich "normal", aber im November hätten wir das nicht mehr vermutet. Dafür leider ein Abzug, ansonsten alles Top.

Très propre et bien rangé. Il se trouve à seulement quelques petites minutes de marche de la plage et de nombreux restaurants, ce qui est très pratique ! Depuis le balcon, la vue sur le port d’Alcúdia est très plaisante et l'hébergement se trouve à proximité immédiat des bateaux pour les excursions en mer. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Excelente estadía colmo y superó mis expectativas

El mejor lugar sin dudas para quedarse en pareja o familia Playa a 150 mts y a la noche todo a tus pies. Una experiencia inolvidable. Lo único que tendría que mejorar son las sábanas ya que ponen una bajera y dos acolchados no muy buenos. Para los que nos gusta la excelente calidad de sábanas es muy flojo. Solo dos almohadas que pedí más pero tenía que ir q buscarlas y ni tiempo quise perder. Por lo demás EXCELENTE. Volveré seguro ( con un juego de sábanas) pero feliz de disfrutar este divino apartamento

Super lokalizacja. Piękny widok z balkonu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Sklep spożywczy bip pod samym wejściem do budynku, pełno świetnych restauracji do około. Bardzo pomocna obsługa, nie było problemu z późnym wymeldowaniem. Mogę polecić wszystkim:)
