Das Ferienhäuschen war sauber und okay. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Und die Aussicht auf den Schwielowsee war nicht vorhanden, leider.

Ein sehr schönes Grundstück. Leider ist die Liebe zum Objekt verloren gegangen. Hier zählt nur noch der Profit. Innen wie außen enormer Sanierungs/Renovierungsbedarf.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See und ist von Natur umgeben – perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Die Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch.Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde gerne wiederkommen.

Haus am See

wir waren vom 22.08.2024 bis 29.08.2024 Gast in dem Haus von Herrn Stappenbeck. Es ist ein - zwar minimalistisch - aber vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattetes, schönes und modernes Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll angelegten Garten, der seine Ursprünlichkeit nicht verloren hat, sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden - wenn die Möglichkeit besteht - auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Herr Stappenbeck

Haus am see

War schön in der natur man kann viel in der Umgebung unter nehmen nach postdam und werder ist es nicht weit man kann den bus nehmen das auto fahrrad oder zu fuss einkaufen ist machbar in der nähe. Und wir haben das Deutschlandticket gut nutzen können.

Der kleine Bungalow liegt traumhaft schön, wer Ruhe und Natur liebt. Für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Idylisch gelegen

Das kleine Holzhaus ist maximal für 2 Personen geeignet! Das Bad ist schick und relativ neu. Leider zeigt sich schon Schimmel in den Ecken der Dusche und unter der WC-Brille und auch die Bürste sind unsauber. Der Heizlüfter verschandelt die schöne Einrichtung. Warum wurde hier kein elektr. Handtuchheizkörper hinter der Tür eingebaut? Das würde auch das Problem lösen, wo trockne ich die Handtücher und Badesachen? Ein Rätsel bleibt uns das Bett quer unterm Fenster! Der hinten Schlafende muss über den Anderen klettern, was natürlich den Schlaf stört und mühsam ist. Bei einer Raumbreite von 2m könnte das Bett locker an der Wand stehen. So bleibt ein Gang von 60cm und der Andere könnte wenigstens am Fußende rauskrabbeln! Außerdem fehlt ein Kleiderschrank! Auch Dieser hätte Platz an der Stelle, wo der Schubladenschrank steht. Bei einer Woche Aufenthalt mag das noch gehen, aber einen Jahresurlaub möchte man so nicht machen. So schön wie es in Ferch ist und wie hübsch das Häuschen auf dem Hang liegt, wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Urlaub in Ferch

Die Lage des Ferienhäuschen lag 200m vom Strandbad entfernt.Viele schöne Radwege.Nach Potsdam 15km,nach Werder 13 und nach Beeliz10km.Alles Rad-km.Der Schwielowsee ist als Urlaubsziel sehr zu empfehlen.Einziger Mangel war für uns ein fehlender Wäscheständer.Nasse Handtùcher haben wir über die Terassenmõbel gehängt.

Toller Ort für Entspannung

Wir sind mit Bahn und Bus angereist und waren dank der nahe gelegenen Bushaltestelle relativ mobil. Wir haben uns einfach in unseren Aktivitäten nach dem Fahrplan gerichtet. Der See und das kleine Strandbad bietet minimalistisches und entspanntes Badevergnügen. Im Haus am See haben wir alles gefunden was wir brauchten, der Garten ist sehr schön und ruhig und man kann abends draußen sitzen und in die Sterne schauen! Kleine Mängel die wir entdeckt haben kommunizierten wir direkt an Fewo und haben eine nette Antwort direkt vom Vermieter erhalten.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr schöne Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Wenn für die Heizung eine Funktionsbeschreibung geben würde wäre das von Vorteil, ebenso würde einem eine höhere Wassertempeatur beim Duschen gut tun. Wir waren nicht in der Lage die Temperatur zu erhöhen. Das sind eigentlich die einzigen Negativpunkte. Wie gesagt sonst war alles Bestens.

Erholung pur in einer wunderschönen Umgebung

Ein für 2 Personen völlig ausreichender Bungalow, allerdings ist der Standort sowie die Größe des Bettes nicht optimal. Man muss schon sehr sportlich sein um in den hinteren Teil des Bettes zu gelangen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Kleiderschrank wünschenswert. Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Wunderschön, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für eine kurze Auszeit gebucht. Das Haus haben wir so vorgefunden, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Einrichtung schön, mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir konnten total entspannen und haben die Ruhe gefunden, die wir gesucht haben. Schade, dass unser Aufenthalt nur so kurz war, aber wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Entspannte Ferienwoche

Kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus, für den Sommer gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Ein Kleiderschrank wäre wpnschenswert. Die Umgebung ist zauberhaft schön, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Leider sind Bademöglichkeiten nur im kostenpflichtigen Strandbad vorhanden.

Schöne Lage

Der Bungalow ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Für zwei Erwachsene mehr als ausreichend, zu dritt wäre mir schon zu viel. Ruhige Lage und doch schnell am See. Für Sommer ideal.

Gemütlich, top ausgestattet

Die Lage im Garten sehr schön, kurzer Weg bis zum Schwielowsee. Gemütlich und sehr ansprechend und neu eingerichtet. Das Ferienhäuschen ist sehr zu empfehlen für zwei Leute. Der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Grill sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.

Im Herbst nicht zu empfehlen. Nachtspeicherofen nur im WZ,Bad und SZ haben keine Heizung.Verbesserungs Vorschlag: Heizung im Bad und SZ. Fliegengitter und Jalousien. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sonst war alles da.

Idyllisches Häuschen

wir haben uns in diesem kleinen gemütlichen Häuschen sehr wohlgefühlt. Man konnte schön ungestört draußen sitzen und hatte alles, was man brauchte.
