We chose this home because it is surrounded by open spaces, is efficiently built and convenient to so many places-- 2 minutes from Blountstown, ten minutes to Bristol, 20 minutes to Marianna or Wewahitchka where there are vast nature walks, rivers and lakes and the home is within an hour of the gorgeous Gulf beaches!

What makes this property unique

Newly remodeled, modern comfortable furnishings, large outdoor space and open kitchen that is fully furnished and open to living and dining areas!
