About this property

Sunny holiday home, only 5 Minutes to Königssee!

This vacation rental, which accommodates 2–5 people, is ideally located not only for your summer vacation but also for your winter vacation. The Jenner Snow Adventure Mountain is right nearby, so you can reach the aerial cableway’s valley station in just a 5-minute walk. In addition, a cross-country ski trail runs right past the house, offering several kilometers of cross-country skiing fun. The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our house and is comfortably furnished with a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player with a sound system, a stereo, and a telephone. It measures 46 m² and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upon request, you can have access to a second, separate bedroom, located just a few steps away from the vacation rental in the basement of the house. The vacation rental includes a south-facing terrace with an adjoining lawn where you can enjoy your breakfast or afternoon coffee. A private parking space is available for your car.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit unverbautem Blick vom Garten aus. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Lage ist top, ruhig aber alles gut und einfach erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher Eigentümer. Hier kommen wir gern nochmal hin.

Mein Traumurlaub 2025

Eine Ferienwohnung, die alles bot was für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub wichtig ist.Eine Terrasse mit notwendigem Inventar und Sonnenschirm, von der man einen traumhaften Blick auf die umliegenden Berge, insbesondere den Jenner, hat. Der Königssee in unmittelbarer Nähe bietet seinen Malerweg mit Bilderbuch-Aussichten auf den See und eine unvergesslich schöne Schifffahrt auf dem Königssee .

Unvergesslich schöner Urlaub in traumhafter Fewo

Die Fewo liegt ruhig und zentral zwischen Jenner-Talstation und Königssee. Sie ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was der Urlauber so braucht.Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Bequeme Stühle und Liegen laden zum Faulenzen ein, allerdings ist die Gegend so schön, dass man nur in der Natur sein möchte.Vielen Dank an Familie Hölzl, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der erste Eindruck der Ferienwohnung war nicht so positiv, weil die Einrichtung eher altbacken ist. Dann waren wir aber doch positiv überrascht, weil die Lage alles andere überwogen hat. Sehr ruhig und sauber und wir hatten super Wetter, was will man mehr. Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Wie man es sich wünscht!

Eine schöne, saubere, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Tolle Lage: In wenigen Minuten kann man alles erreichen (per Fuß, Bus). Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles wie man es sich wünscht - gerne wieder!

Wieder Erstklasse!

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung und es war wieder richtig Klasse! Diese Ferienwohnung liegt einer einer Toplage und alles, Wanderwege, Gastronomie, Busverbindung usw. liegen knapp 5 Gehminuten von der Fewo weg. Man kann sich dort absolut gut erholen und die Terrasse ist auch Super! Wir werden auch ein drittes Mal kommen. LG aus dem Sauerland

Perfekte Lage, alles da

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt zwischen Jenner-Bahn und Königsee. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer liegt AUSSERHALB der Wohnung im Keller. Alles war sauber, die Kommunikation war sehr nett.

Perfekte Ausgangslage für Wanderungen

Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Jenner Talstation in sehr ruhiger Lage, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber und mit perfekt liegender Sonnenterrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht. Eine ganz klare Buchungsempfehlung.
