Please review all rules carefully. ⸻ 3-BEDROOM HOUSE OVERVIEW • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests • Fully furnished 3-bedroom home • Living room, dining area, full kitchen Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. ⸻ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: After 3 PM • Check-out: By 10 AM • Early or late check-out must be approved in advance. ⸻ HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED) NO SHOES • Please remove shoes when entering the home to keep floors clean. CLOSE WINDOWS • Please keep all windows and doors closed to keep insects from entering the home. Our home is in a tropical environment. NO SMOKING • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. • Violations may result in a cleaning fee and cancellation. NO PETS • No pets allowed. • Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Guest limit must not exceed 10 people. • If you are planning a celebration, a Clubhouse is available for rent through the Homeowners Association (contact host to reserve). • Clubhouse amenities include a swimming pool and gym, included for registered guests only. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. QUIET HOURS • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Noise complaints may result in cancellation. SAFETY • No candles or open flames. • Lock doors and windows when leaving. • Emergency contact information is posted inside the home. BATHROOM & PLUMBING • Toilet paper only—do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. • Report any leaks or plumbing issues immediately. ⸻ A/C, HEAT & ELECTRICITY • Turn off lights, A/C, heat, and appliances when leaving. • Do not set A/C or heat to extreme temperatures. ⸻ AMENITIES & LIABILITY. Clubhouse Amenities (Included) • Swimming Pool • Gym / Fitness Center A key fob is provided for access. Liability & Fob Policy • Use of pool and gym is at your own risk. • Host is not liable for injuries or loss of property. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Do not share the fob. • Lost or unreturned fobs will result in a replacement fee of $50. ⸻ KITCHEN & HOME CARE • Wash or load dishes in dishwasher after use. • Do not pour grease down sinks. • Turn off lights and A/C when leaving. ⸻ CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES • Please keep the property reasonably clean during your stay. • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear must be reported. • Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay. ⸻ TRASH • Trash collection is every Tuesday. • Place the grey bin curbside Tuesday morning. ⸻ Parking • No parking in garage or street. Parking for the home is on the right hand side of ADU parking. ⸻ Garage • Owner’s items are in the garage. Washer and dryer are available for use along with beach gear. ⸻ CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Before departure, please: ✔ Place used towels in the bathroom ✔ Wash or load used dishes ✔ Take out trash ✔ Turn off lights, A/C, and appliances ✔ Return the key fob ✔ Lock all doors
