Rolladen im Schlaf-/Wohnbereich defekt. Balkon verdreckt und lose Fliesen, Sonnenschutz fehlt. Dreck und Schimmel im Bad. Laute Umgebung in der Nacht durch eine Bar im Nachbarhaus.
