This family home has been designed with warmth: wooden floors on the top floor, a terrace with wooden doors that open onto a small garden, light-toned walls and soft lighting that invites you to relax.

• Master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom, closet space and a large desk in case you need to work

•A second bedroom with a double bed, closet space and a private bathroom

•An additional comfortable and spacious sofa bed in the living room area

• Additional half bathroom at the entrance for greater comfort

•Living room and dining room that are integrated into a spacious and bright space, perfect for sharing

• Fully equipped kitchen ready for you to cook as if you were at home

• Social area on the terrace with a small bar, for a moment of relaxation

•A laundry area with a washer and dryer

• Private parking for one vehicle, plus an outdoor security camera at the entrance for your peace of mind.

1) Do not place shoes on the armchair or any fabric surface to avoid stains.

2) Please make sure they don't run on the stairs, it can be dangerous for them as they can slip.

3) Make sure they do not use markers or colors in places where they can get stained.

4) Be careful with the glass door facing the garden.
