Located in the heart of the fabulous Florida Keys just 50 Miles from Key West, and 100 Miles from Miami International Airport. Here you'll find our private, gated 3 bedroom 2 bath home with an additional separate 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house we call "Serenity Bay". These homes are centrally located on 1 acre of direct Gulf of Mexico oceanfront. View amazing Florida Keys sunsets right off your front porch! The main house has 3 bedrooms with as master suite upstairs that we know you'll fall in love with. The owner has set this home up to give all of her guests the feel of the fabulous Florida Keys while combining all the important elements that our guests look for in a private family vacation home. The separate 1 bed 1 bath guest house is a nice touch for those who need a little more privacy at night but still desire to be "part of the crowd" for all the daily activities. Serenity Bay was set up to provide all our guests with the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.
We wanted all of our guests to have a place where they could hold Weddings, Family Retreats, Get-A-Ways and other functions while getting a true appreciation for what the fabulous Florida Keys have to offer! Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent little time inside. The pool was large and heated to a comfortable temperature. It felt very private and secluded, but within walking distance of restaurants, mini-mart and activities. We had a great time!

70th birthday get away
It was our first time to the Keys and we couldn't have picked a better place. My wife and I took our two kids and their partners and one grandson It was the perfect spot for all of us

Peaceful, relaxing vacation place
Private, quiet and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax with family. Not only did we see dolphins at the research center, but some wild ones came by too! Thanks for sharing this beautiful haven with others.

We loved our stay. The pool is perfect- shaded somewhat by the palm trees which was great during the day. And beautiful landscaping and lighting made the patio the perfect place to hang out. House was really nice and sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sunsets! Nice to kayak from the property! Everyone loved the pool. Very comfortable for the family!

Family getaway
We had a wonderful time at grassy key. Beautiful outdoor space with a homey feel. Manager helpful and responsive.

Like renting 3 individual units
3 couples stayed, plenty of room & privacy. Excellent pool & hot tub. Kayaking past The Dolphin Institute w a short trek into the mangroves a short paddle away. Loved the fire table as our stay the weather didn't cooperate but the outside spaces saved the vacation.

One of our best vacations ever
This house had something for everyone whether it was exploring by kayaks, snorkeling, playing in the pool or just relaxing under the palm trees. It was also perfect set up for my inlaws to have their own privacy in guest house. The views were spectacular and the pool was nothing short of amazing.

Fantastic!
Serenity Bay is a great description of the property. View was great, sunsets were memorable, pool and landscaping were first class, kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware and the provided towels were also quality.

Hi Jeanne, we are VERY SORRY to hear that, especially since we were communicating at the beginning of the week concerning a water leak you found, and during my personal walk through with you I made sure to mention that if you saw or needed anything to please contact me as you have my direct cell phone # . I never heard anything until Friday when you asked for a late check out and I explained to you that If we didn't have guests checking in that afternoon I would be more than happy to accomodiate you, but we need all that time to clean the home as it is a large home.
You texted me back " Ok, thx! We've enjoyed it very much! " In all fairness, we can't address and fix problems we don't know about. This home is a 1963 Old Conch Home which has been one of it's Main Attractions over the last 20 plus years it has been a rental. We hope you have a Blessed and Safe 2025 Best Regards

Great for a big group!
The home was plenty comfortable for our big group. It had everything we needed and wanted for a family getaway and it looked even better than the photos! There were so many activities, it kept everyone entertained and that was important to us since we would be staying in half the trip. If we ever come back down with a big group again, this would be our first choice!

You Won’t Want to Leave the Property 🌴☀️
The pictures really don’t do this place justice! The backyard area is unreal and the views are breathtaking. The house was the perfect size for my family of 8 adults and 1 baby. The separate cottage worked out perfectly for the baby and us! Also really enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our family reunion
A slice of paradise close to key west and islmarada . Pictures do not do this property justice. The main house has a killer view of the gulf( and sunsets). Everything was clean and well manicured.We really didnt want to leave this oasis to sightsee.

Wonderful place to kick back and enjoy the Keys
We had a great time staying here. The setup for our family worked great. Everyone had enough space to chill but not so big we weren’t able to spend time together. Enjoyed the pool and fantastic landscaping and view of the Sunsets whether inside or outside. Enjoyed being able to see living room & visit while cooking. Liked having kayaks to use too.

Fabulous
My family (10 of us) stayed here for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I don’t think the place could have been any nicer or more accommodating. The outdoor space, the pool, the volleyball court, and the sunsets were just perfect. The house truly sleeps 10 with room to spare.

Serene and beautiful
Serenity bay was enjoyed by our entire party, ages 51-96. The pool, hot tub, and views from the patio were the highlights. We enjoyed being set back from the road like we were in our own private home away from everyone, yet being walking distance to the marina. My party is already asking to return!
