Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Munkedal, gleich gegenüber dem Stausee für die Papierfabrik und an einem interessanten Wanderweg im Bohuslän.Die Treppe in den ersten Stock ist sehr steil und die Zimmerhöhe des Schlafzimmers dort oben niedrig. Zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde leider die Zimmertür entfernt, so daß die Kochgerüche nicht in der Küche bleiben. Zwiwchen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Tür sondern nur einen Vorhang.
