On the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Altea, in a quiet position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), garden, swimming pool (10 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, rocky beach "Playa L´Olla" 4 km. Sports harbour 5 km, marina 7 km, golf course (9 hole) 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 20 km, Mundomar Benidorm 19 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 22 km, Terra Natura Benidorm 19 km, Guadalest 22 km, Fuentes del Algar 14 km.
