This lovingly furnished vacation home, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, is located in the Wasching district of Ringelai and offers beautiful views into the distance. Our 55-square-meter cottage can accommodate 1–4 people. The rustic garden and patio are furnished with seating sets and lounge chairs. With the grill and fire pit we provide, nothing stands in the way of a wonderful end to your day. In addition, depending on the season, you’re welcome to snack on fruit from the various fruit trees. A free parking space is available. Shopping and restaurants can be found in Ringelai, 1.5 km away. Our local mountains, the Frauenstein and Geistlicher Stein, invite you to go hiking right from your doorstep. The “Buchberger Leite” torrent gorge is one of Bavaria’s most beautiful geological sites and is only about 2 km away. The Lusen National Park Center is also nearby (approx. 10 km). The vacation home has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The new Nolte built-in kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle). The bathroom features a bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. The cozy living room, furnished with a dining table and couch, includes a satellite TV and a radio/CD player. Games and books are also available for entertainment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. All living areas have roller shutters. There are no additional costs, as bed linens, towels, dish towels, and final cleaning are included. A 20% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are allowed. Surcharge: 7.00 EUR per night. The visitor’s tax of 0.50 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on-site. A high chair and a crib are available upon request.
