FeWo Portal

Mein Aufenthalt war super und Luga Homes ist ein super Gastgeber, aber euer Portal ist schlecht. Dreimal habe ich versucht die Wohnung zu buchen und zweimal kam mir eine Fehlermeldung und bei der dritte Mal war die Wohnung nicht mehr verfügbar. Stunden später kam eine Email von Luga Homes mit einer Bestätigung und dass wir einen bestimmten Betrag überweisen müssen, was wir auch gemacht haben. An den Ankunft Tag kam eine Mail, dass wir die Provision nicht bezahlt haben und ohne diese Auszahlung würden wir den Pin für die Eingangstür nicht bekommen. Ich hatte keine Ahnung wovon sie schreiben. Nach dem ich mit Luga Homes telefoniert habe, habe ich die Situation verstanden, aber den Vorgang fand ich überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich wieder FeWo Direkt wieder benutze...
