Explore 10 wooded acres adjacent to 200+ acre Cayuga Cliffs nature preserve. Trek the 155 steps to the lake, enjoy the many outdoor areas with spectacular views, or simply relax within this luxurious home.

Notes on driveway and lake access: The house is located on a bluff overlooking Cayuga Lake, and there are 155 stairs to get to the dock. The driveway is long and steep, so 4WD is definitely recommended in the winter months.
