**** Well-behaved dogs allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required per pet to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.

Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.
For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Supervision:
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool area.
Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.
Shower Before Use:
Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.
When not in use, please turn the pool and spa heater off.
Liability:
If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the pool at all times while children are present.
