The loft with the two beds (80 cm and 90 cm) is accessible via a ladder. If you’d prefer not to use the ladder, you can convert the sofa downstairs into a bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, sink, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, electric kettle, thermos, teapot, and the usual kitchen accessories. The studio is located on the outskirts of Murnau (Hechendorf) and offers a stunning view of the Moos and the Heimgarten—ideal for anyone who enjoys hiking, walking, biking, mountain climbing, or simply relaxing. Dogs allowed upon request.
