This non-smoking apartment, located on the first floor, is approximately 47 square meters and is designed for 2 people.
The modern living area exudes coziness and comfort. The open kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, a multifunction microwave, and a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, is directly integrated into the living area and adjoins the dining area.

Adjacent to the living area is the partially covered terrace facing east. Here, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings using the electric grill; however, a grill is not included in the rental and must be brought along.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality double bed (two mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe, inviting you to relax and unwind.
The bright, modern bathroom with a shower also features plenty of storage space for toiletries and a heated towel rack.
Additionally, there is a separate storage room for bicycles, which also includes an outlet for charging your own e-bikes.

We would like to inform you that, starting in October 2024, several buildings in the immediate vicinity are expected to be demolished and replaced with new structures; this may result in noise disturbances.
An environmental protection ordinance is in effect in the municipality of Kellenhusen that prohibits the operation of noisy machinery and equipment (with the exception of agricultural activities) between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
