In 2019 newly built modern air conditioned villa of 326 m2 with 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and with truly stunning views over the bay of Saint-Tropez, situated in the prestigious domain La Nartelle. The villa is fully equipped, and has a tasteful modern décor. On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen, and the large terrace with the Plancha grill, as well as the master bedroom of 50m2, with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, and in the utility room is an additional American fridge with ice cube maker, as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor are the other 3 bedrooms, 2 of 25m2 and 1 of 33 m2. All bedrooms have beds of 160 x 200 cm and a television. The saltwater heated pool measures 11 x 5 x 1.50 meters. At the time we took the pictures, the road was not yet paved, but this has now been done. A beautiful villa for a wonderful luxury holiday in Sainte-Maxime.There is a mandatory intermediate cleaning after every week of €200.

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
