Serenity villa with private beach access, sea view and heated pool

Your luxury villa rental in Saint-Aygulf, French Riviera, waterfront

Located in Saint-Aygulf, in the Var, just 18 km from Saint-Tropez and 8 km from Sainte-Maxime, Villa Serenity is one of the very rare luxury villas on the French Riviera to offer direct access to a private beach. This exceptional property of 160 m² of living space on a closed plot of 950 m² welcomes up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, and redefines high-end seasonal rental between Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime.

Waking up at Villa Serenity begins with the sound of waves just 20 meters away. Coffee is savoured facing the Mediterranean, on a 140 m² terrace entirely oriented towards the sea. The heated private pool (8 × 4 m), the villa's true signature, is suspended above the water and remains open from April to late October. The integrated spa jacuzzi extends the wellness experience until sunset.

The interior has been designed for a demanding international clientele. Three double master suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a sea-view terrace, guarantee intimacy and comfort for each couple. A fourth guest bedroom with a double sofa bed welcomes additional guests. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen — induction hob, oven, dishwasher, wine cellar, espresso machine — can accommodate a private chef on request (concierge service available).

The contemporary living room, air-conditioned and flooded with natural light, is equipped with a connected television, Netflix, and high-speed fibre optic throughout the house. The outdoor spaces offer varied atmospheres: main terrace facing the sea for sunset dinners, shaded corners around the Mediterranean garden, gas barbecue, and private boules court with sea views for family aperitifs.

Saint-Aygulf, a discreet seaside resort on the Var coast of the French Riviera, benefits from a fine sandy beach with protected status and a mild microclimate throughout the year. The village centre, a 5-minute drive away, brings together shops, a Provençal market and waterfront restaurants. Villa Serenity offers the rare balance between the serenity of an authentic resort and immediate proximity to Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus and Cannes. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 1 hour away, Saint-Tropez heliport is 25 minutes away.

Ideal for families, groups of friends or couples seeking a luxury stay on the French Riviera, Villa Serenity benefits from a personalized concierge service from Prestige Villa Rental: private chef, babysitting, yacht rental, VIP transfers, table reservations at the best restaurants in Saint-Tropez.

Book your luxury villa rental in Saint-Aygulf, on the French Riviera, now and experience an unforgettable time facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Excellent stay

The villa is amazing: on the sea, with a great swimming pool. The interior is beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen can host a professional chef. The furniture is high quality and has been carefully chosen.

We (family of four including young children) had a great time at this great and super clean property near Sainte-Maxime. Great location, with an almost infinity pool and an access to the beach or the sea where I took my children to do snorkelling. Property is very spacious, we hosted a Sunday barbecue for three families and there was still space. Pictures were super accurate, a rare thing these days on vrbo, certainly based on my experience. Communicating and engaging with the host was smooth and hassle-free. Justine in particular did her best to make our stay as good as it could be, promptly reacting to requests and doing her best to do more than we expected. Thank you very much!

This is a fantastic property situated in a small community between St. Tropez and Nice. We spent a week here with four people (my husband and I with our two daughters). It was perfect for us and would also be perfect for a trip with three couples as each bedroom was equally spacious with an en suite bathroom. Large living area with open concept kitchen with gorgeous views was stunning. Wonderful tiered decks with a fantastic pool overlooking the Mediterranean. Perfection!

Hello Frank, I thank you for your comment and we are glad you have enjoyed the house in general. I have asked the owner if we can add 2 bicycles for customers. However, for mattresses, this is the first time we have the information (they are new and firm upon owner). We really look forward to welcoming you another time. Best regards, Manuel

Merveilleux, on reviendra
