You are entitled to 20 kilowatts per rental day. If you exceed this limit, 3 pesos per kilowatt will be deducted from your $300 deposit. The meter will be read before and after your stay.

The $300 deposit will be returned to you after your stay if everything is left in order (cleanliness of the villa, bicycles, etc.) and according to your electricity consumption.
