Whether you are travelling with family, friends or colleagues, this spacious villa combines comfort, relaxation and cosy mountain atmosphere in every season. The property consists of two connected buildings and has been designed to create memorable moments together, from active days outdoors to long evenings around the fire.



The accommodation features nine spacious and atmospheric bedrooms with a total of 24 permanent beds and additional sleeping options. Natural materials and warm wooden floors create a cosy mountain atmosphere throughout the entire property. Large windows offer beautiful views of the surrounding hills and forests, while every room or apartment has its own private bathroom with underfloor heating for extra comfort and privacy.



The heart of the villa is the large communal living area with an open kitchen, bar and dining space where everyone can gather together. Here you can enjoy long dinners, cosy game nights or relaxed evenings by the fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for larger groups and includes multiple refrigerators, freezers, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, coffee machines and even professional beer tapping equipment. Wine coolers and wood-burning stoves complete the warm and welcoming atmosphere.



Relaxation plays an important role during your stay. The two houses are connected by a heated indoor saltwater swimming pool that is open all year round. Around the pool you will find sun loungers, a shower, changing room and even a pool bar. In addition, the sauna offers the perfect place to fully unwind after an active day in the mountains.



Children will also have an unforgettable time here. Outside, there is a large playground with a trampoline, sandbox and slide. A spacious sports field offers plenty of room for football, basketball and other outdoor games, while inside there is additional play space for crafts, games and movie nights together. During winter, the sports field is even transformed into an ice-skating rink. Thanks to the peaceful location in the middle of nature, children can safely play and explore all around the property.



The surrounding area offers endless opportunities for activities and excursions throughout the year. In winter, several ski resorts are located nearby, making it an ideal destination for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing in the Jeseníky Mountains. During summer, the region becomes a paradise for hikers and cyclists, with beautiful trails through forests and mountains.
