You have full and total access of the home, as advertised, during your stay. Our home has a self check-in electronic lock with keyless entry, so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay. We also provide you with a FOB for after hours access at any time.

‣ The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM. You must check-in from the back entrance outside of these hours.

‣ Located in Phase 1 of the 7th Street Lofts historic John Deere building (1929). Guests enjoy high ceilings, a unique layout, 2 large loft styled floors, along with access to shared amenities from Phase 2.

‣ Being in the heart of downtown comes with city sounds, including occasional sirens from the nearby fire station. Guests can also expect a mix of residents, please stay aware of your surroundings, and do not allow anyone into the building who is not part of your group for everyone`s safety.
⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.

‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.
