Liebes Lilo Sattler Team, ich habe mich wieder wie zuhause gefühlt in Büsum und der Service ihrerseits ist einfach unschlagbar. In der Wohnung Nikola bin ich ja auch bereits vorher schon mal gewesen. Dieses Mal hatte ich als Asthmatikerin Probleme mit dem Teppich und den Federkopfkissen, aber ich kenne solche Situationen ja. Ein Wäscheständer wäre sehr schön in der Wohnung und die Balkontür lässt sich extrem schwer öffnen. Herzliche Grüße und bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Die Kopfkissen könnten erneuert werden (möglichst keine Daunenkissen wie vorhanden). Die Matratzen fanden wir persönlich zu weich. Aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Ansonsten eine schöne und vor allem saubere Unterkunft. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Waren bisher immer zufrieden mit Ihren Unterkünften.

Das Team von Lilo Sattler hat die Organisation voll im Griff! Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, wenn nötig auch nach den Geschäftszeiten. Alles war wunderbar vorbereitet und auch durch email vor Anreise kommuniziert. Selbst bei einer telefonischen Nachfrage war eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin da, die meine Fragen, da ich aus dem Ausland nach Büsum anreiste, sehr freundlich und gut beantworten konnte. Man konnte sich sofort in der Ferienwohnung und am Urlaubsort wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank und weiter so!
