Guests have full access to the entire cottage, fridge, kitchen, and outdoor areas. Parking is available onsite.

• Pets are welcome please let us know in advance.
• Check-in and check-out times are outlined in the house rules.
Security deposit: $0 for guests with a 5-star rating whose oldest guest is 30 or older, or guests with no reviews whose oldest guest is 45 or older. $1,000 for guests under 4.8 stars, a large group, or any mention of a party or event. $500 for everyone else. The deposit is set after team review of each booking. Refunds go out within 2 days of checkout once the clean is confirmed.

Please Note: This property is on a non-motorized lake. Motorized boats are not permitted, and there is no boat launch. Only non-motorized watercraft, such as kayaks and canoes, are allowed.
