It is a beautiful single bedroom apartment with separate bathroom amd a combined lounge/kitchen. It has a large balcony. There is an A/C unit in the lounge. The kitchen has 3 gas rings,1 electric ring and an oven. The frequent number 2a and 3a bus stops are visible ftom the balcony. The town center is just 8 minutes walk away. There is a small mini supermarket on the ground floor directly under the apartment. Its really great and the landlady is lovely.
