It features a bedroom with a high-quality double bed, a wardrobe, and an LED TV. The stylish bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet. The spacious living and dining area features a large seating area (including a comfortable sleeper sofa), an LED TV, DVD/CD/radio, and an inviting dining table set. A spacious, open-concept kitchen area is available, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, capsule coffee machine, washer-dryer, a kitchen island with a ceramic cooktop, and a cozy bench. On the sunny, south-facing rooftop terrace—equipped with a large table, a sun lounger (seasonal), and an extra-large, luxurious Sylt beach chair (seasonal)—you can enjoy the wonderful view over Westerland. Free Wi-Fi access and a parking space are available. There is a storage room for bicycles in the basement. This is a non-smoking apartment. A small, well-behaved dog is permitted upon request (€10 per pet per day).

The outdoor sauna (220 cm x 240 cm)—available free of charge—is at your disposal on the large rooftop terrace.
