Great location to the beach! Plenty of parking at the house and the beach was nice and not overcrowded. I would let guests know that the beach was rocky and you needed water shoes to go in the water. According to the website, the door codes would be available 4 days before check-in. They were not uploaded to the website. I had to text and ask for a door code. When we arrived the door code did not work. It took hours to get working door codes, and we had groceries that needed to go into the house. The after-hour communication process is not efficient. This was not a great way to start the vacation.For a house that can occupy 16 people, there were only three coffee cups and no coffee filters for either pot.King bed-made with a sheet only. There was no quilt or comforter on the bed or in the closet. There was not a single extra blanket anywhere in the house.No dustpan with the broom and/or a vacuum to tidy up throughout the week.A few of the plug sockets were stripped and things would not stay plugged in.Bathrooms: Upstairs in one of the bathrooms, it has a shower head that is so high on the wall, you can’t adjust it, so it sprays you directly in the face. Next bathroom: some taller guests had a hard time sitting on the toilet without cramming their knees.Trash: We found two old bags of trash from previous guests in the storage room downstairs that caused tons of flys. We put them in the trash. Gross!Downstairs: The last night we saw a rat! You could hear it scurry.
