The 120 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for free.

Your private outdoor area includes a large pool, a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. The perfect place for spending days soaking up the sun and watching the sunset over the Mediterranean.

Wonderful balcony views over the Med and towards the mountains.

Pros: The penthouse apartment is ideally located, just a short walk along the beach or promenade into Old Town Estepona. Wonderful weather! Our host was superb -minor problems were quickly sorted out for us whatever the time. Our two week stay was so relaxing - just what we needed.

Comfortable apartment with amazing view

Everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Well equipted, good bed. Best feature: the balcony with the amazing view and sound of the waves. Short distance to the town centre. Two nice restaurants nearby; La Gamba on the ground floor of the building and Palm Beach 400 meters from the apartment Easy and hazzlefree communication with the landlady

Our second mostly enjoyable stay (2 years apart) in this property,

Pros: The location and facilities in the apartment. Cons: Since our previous stay in 2023, the shutter for the main bedroom has been removed. This meant that bright flashes of light come in through the curtains from the lighthouse. This needed improvisation by ourselves, The remaining small semi-intact shutter is a nightmare. We had lots of windy days and the shutter rattled perpetually giving us several sleepless nights. The restaurants/bars under the building have increased in number and, apart from “Aire” which is first rate, there is a lot of noise through the day and evenings. The regular buskers are very intrusive.

Pros: Nettes Ambiente der Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick von der Terrasse! Cons: Leider wussten nichts von einer Großbaustelle hinter unserem Apartment. Der Lärm hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Das Meeresrauschen war in der Nacht aufgrund des Windes teilweise ziemlich laut, was Geräuschempfindliche eventuell beim Schlafen stören könnte.

Pros: Hemos pasado 2 semanas en este apartamento mi marido, mis mellizos de 11 años y yo. Lo tiene todo, comodísimo y en nuestra opinión, éste edificio tiene la mejor ubicación de Estepona literalmente a pie de playa, con unas vistas espectaculares de la playa y las montañas y muy tranquilo. La comunicación con Arwen (hija de Tom) fue muy fluida, atenta y siempre respondió rápidamente. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en este apartamento y sin duda lo recomendamos al 100%
