Guests have exclusive access to dock, waterslide and picnic area, along with 100-foot shoreline.. The cottage is second of three houses on same property. Children especially love this place for swimming, fishing and kayaking. The huge wraparound porch porch is perfect for family get-togethers. Modern kitchen and bathroom, wireless internet. Free parking. This is the middle cottage of three cottages on the property. My family stays in one of the cottages. Guests have unlimited access to the dock and waterfront area with picnic table and fire pit. The cottages can be rented together as a package for family reunions and other special events. Bantam/Litchfield is a picturesque area steeped in history. The nation's first law school was located in downtown Litchfield. The neighborhood offers a wide range of activities, including swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, hiking. There is also a vibrant culinary scene with several highly acclaimed restaurants and artisan bakeries. Many guests say the ice cream, produced by local cows, is the best they have ever tasted.
