Pros: It was a long ride with the car from Belgium to Benifaio but we had a fantastic holiday. The villa is very beatifull and we had everything we needed in the house and outside. The kids (3) loved the swimming pool. As it is near to Valencia and the coast there's a lot of things to do in the area around Benifayo. The owners are very friendly. The only downside was that the villa isn't situated in a small village with a bakery on walking distance and you may not use wood or charbon for the BBQ. But overall a wonderfull Villa to enjoy a sunny, quiet vacation near the nice town of Valencia.

Pros: Wij hadden er een top vakantie! Zeer leuk huis, ook de buitenkeuken was een toppertje voor ons alsook de voetbaltafel was een voltreffer. Na ongeveer 25min rijden ben je in valencia stad... alles is aanwezig in de villa. Ook het zwembad is afgesloten dus met kleine kindjes is dat zeer makkelijk. Wij vonden juist dat de 2persoonsbedden wel aan vervanging toe zijn ( dat is dan het enige minpuntje ). Op een 10minutjes rijden heb je een mercadonna of een consum alsook de donderdag een plaatselijk marktje.

Très bon accueil des propriétaire qui nous ont prodigué d'excellents conseil tant pour la vie dans la villa que pour les activités extérieures. Depuis la cuisine d'été entièrement équipée . La piscine à débordement est sublime. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine. Une bonne adresse! le propriétaire nous a une très bonne paella faite . A l'année prochaine!

En la casa hay juegos de mesa, un pequeño parque infantil en la parte trasera de la casa y barbacoa, que por cierto probamos y al ser de gas resulto ser muy limpia. Lo único que si podrían cambiar es la cafetera, es tipo melita y no funciona muy bien, podrían poner una de capsulas y la tostadora que es un poco pequeña y ya está muy usada. Estuvimos una semana y estuvimos muy bien, la urbanización muy tranquila.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par le responsable de la propriétaire qui a très gentiment expliqué tout à propos de villa. L'appartement était tout ce qu'il a dit que c'était. De l'accès à internet à la cuisine entièrement équipée, j'ai immédiatement senti chez moi. J'ai vraiment beaucoup de mal à en partir mais toutes les bonnes choses doivent venir à une extrémité. J'ai hâte de retourner à valencia et répéter mon séjour dans cet villa. J'espère que c'est disponible pour mon prochain voyage.

Pros: Estuvimos el pasado fin de semana. El lugar nos pareció muy acogedor y tranquilo, perfecto para una familia con niños pequeños. La casa tiene unas condiciones inmejorables. La piscina y el jardín son preciosos. Pero lo que más me sorprendió fue el detalle del parque para los más pequeños. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Además, el propietario nos facilitó la estancia y nos aconsejó sitios que poder visitar alrededor de la zona.
