Beautiful residence "Les Alpages du Corbier", 8 storeys, built in 2007. Below Corbier, 700 m from the centre, 50 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool angular heated (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 04.Jul. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-18:45). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the complex: restaurant, bar, internet access, sauna, fitness room, lift, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 50 m long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking 150 m. Shop 600 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 700 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km. Chair lift, skisport facilities, slopes 100 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 600 m, ski-kindergarten 400 m, sled run 600 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
3-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor, north-east facing position. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, north-east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Carpet. Large balcony 10 m2, north-east facing position. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Appartement bien exposé, sans vis à vis. La piscine est au pas de porte. Il manque une place de parking couvert. Idéal pour 4 personnes si vous ne voulez pas dormir dans le salon. Un rafraichissement est à prévoir, pour mettre au gout du jour et remplacer le matelas (140).

Handig, rustig en prachtig uitzicht

Op de uithoek van het gebouw met meerdere appartementen hadden wij dit hoekappartement met een prachtig uitzicht dankzij een balkon aan 2 zijden. Alles is binnen hand- of stapbereik (het winkeltje en de activiteiten voor de kids) maar evengoed kan je makkelijk de bergen in trekken. Het zwembad mag best wat langer open (nu van 10u tot 18u45) voor een avondplons. Erg vriendelijk personeel!

logement pratique pour le ski, mais pour le prix nous n'avions pas de four, appareil grille pain très petit, absence de chaises longues qui étaient indiquées, bol cassés, personnel à l'accueil très agréable le premier jour mais beaucoup moins agréable lorsque nous faisons des demandes. Espace de vie très petit pour six personnes. L'accueil se trouve loin du logement. Point positif la terrasse ensoleillée, très agréable. Pas de place de parking alors que c'est indiqué dans le descriptif.

Sur le descriptif était prévu une place de parking sous les logements, à l'arrivée on nous a dit que c'était une erreur et qu'il fallait se garer sur un parking à plus de 500 mètres des chalets !!! Nous avions choisi ce logement entre autre pour cet avantage, d'où notre déception
