Sports facilities, a bakery, a children’s playground, a fitness trail, and other shopping options are also just a few minutes’ walk away. The non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor; it’s accessed via a loft and is therefore set back from the stairwell, ensuring a quiet setting. The apartment measures approximately 46 m² and features a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a storage closet, a hallway, and a living-dining room with direct access to the balcony. The living room also features a sleeper sofa. A TV is available for a cozy evening, and the southwestern-facing balcony offers fresh air and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove for cooking, and even a dishwasher. The vacation rental also includes a parking space. Bicycle parking is located in the immediate vicinity of the parking space and the building entrance.
