Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders die saubere und gut ausgestattete Küche hat uns begeistert – ideal für gemütliche Abende mit Selbstgekochtem. Auch der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt war auch sehr einfach. Das Haus hat soweit alles was man braucht. Es gab genug Geschirrspültabs, Mülltüten, Geschirr usw. Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienwohnungen. Meistens fehlt sowas, aber hier war alles da. Wir wurden auch gefragt ob was gefehlt hat. Die Vermieterin war sehr Kundenorientiert.Die Hausstattung hat sehr viel Glas, was wir persönlich mit 4 Kindern als unvorteilhaft einschätzen. Der Boden, das Bad, die Küche... Wir hatten etwas Angst das was zu Bruch geht. Aber zum Glück ging alles gut. Der Hinterhof war privat, da war ein kleiner Spielplatz. War etwas schade für unseren jüngsten, der wäre gern Mal drauf gegangen. Vor der Tür ist ein Reiterhof. Irgendwie ist uns das in der Beschreibung nicht aufgefallen. Wenn man auf Google Maps geht, sieht man ihn. Dadurch war es früh immer sehr laut, weil ja früh gearbeitet wird. Wäre irgendwie gut zu wissen gewesen. Die meiste Zeit waren wir unterwegs. Aber am Abend hatte jeder seinen Rückzugsort (jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher) oder man konnte beisammen sein. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir bedanken uns.

Spacious apartment in a beautiful area

We've stayed in this apartment with a family of 4 for one week during a trade fair.Located on a brand new horse farm south of Munich, this holiday home is an ideal place to stay if you want to visit the city without actually staying in the city.The welcome by the owner was friendly and uncomplicated. The owners live in the same building and seem very accomodating, although we were quite self-sufficient.The apartment itself is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a smaller one. Each of the 3 beds are 2x1,8 meters and of good quality, although maybe a bit firm for our taste.Great quality is something that runs through the entire apartment:-All of the furniture is new and not Ikea quality. -Each bedroom has a large flatscreen tv, just like the living room.-The kitchen has all Miele and Siemens appliances. It is fully equiped, although we would have prefered a simple microwave over a steam oven beside a regular oven.-The large rain shower and jacuzzi are absolute heaven.The only downside of it being on a farm is that from around 7:00 the night’s quiet ends. We were surprised by how little you smell the horses unless you open the windows (which was barely necessary during our stay in April).All in all, we were very pleasantly surprised by this apartment and feel the ad doesn't do it justice.

Great location for Munich and day trips to surrounding

We loved the peaceful location of Angela and Josef’s very modern and large flat. Beds are comfortable. We had everything we needed. A grocery (Rewe) was a few mins away. It’s a great location for exploring Munich and we took day trips to Neuschwanstein, Salzburg and Zugspitze easily from there. Washer was nice to have. Beautiful place and loved watching the horses as the sun set with the Alps in the distance- thanks so much for sharing your lovely property!

Fantastic and comfortable stay

The host is very responsive and provides constant support and help to my friends and I who stayed at the accommodation place for 19 nights. The place is very spacious and has all the tools and equipment you would need in an apartment. Highly recommend anyone interested to experience staying in this house.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist Top ausgestattet. Eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürze, Essig & Öl. Sowie Kaffeefilter und Kaffee. Die Zimmer sind schön geräumig und auch super eingerichtet. Eine wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Sehr interessant mit den ganzen Pferden und Tiere für die Kinder. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Minimale Kritik wäre das in einem Zimmer es sehr gezogen hat wenn man im Bett lag. War allerdings für uns kein Problem. Haben einfach kissen davor gelegt dann war es in Ordnung. Alles in allem wunderschön und definitiv nicht unser letzer Aufenthalt

Sehr Komfortabel

Sehr freundlich wurden wir von Frau Jehl empfangen. Wir fanden eine überaus hochwertige, großzügige Ferienwohnung an. Ein landschaftlich schöner Rückzugsort in ländlicher Umgebung zwischen München und Rosenheim. Ein PKW ist notwendig.

Fabulous family-sized apartment

Best ever holiday home! Loads of space, loads of storage, high quality finish and equipment, peaceful location and friendly but unintrusive owners. Everything immaculately clean and beautifully presented on our arrival. Ten-minute drive to free parking at Aying station for 30-min S-Bahn trip into Munich. Mountains, lakes and Salzburg all within easy daytrip distance. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent séjour

La propriétaire a été très aimable et disponible. L'appartement a été rénové récemment, les équipements sont neufs et modernes et il a été décoré avec goût. L'environnement autour est très calme et boisé. Il y a de belles ballades à faire en partant de l'appartement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the German countryside.

We were pleasantly surprised at how large this is apartment was. It is located on a farm with a beautiful view of the mountains. Easily able to get in/out of Munich in about 30/40 minutes. Our host was friendly and helpful. Pictures don’t do the apartment justice. Even nicer and larger then they show.

großzügige Wohnung und zweckmäßig modern eingerichtet

Für eine Familie oder auch für drei Paare ist die Wohnung an sich ideal. Bei drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern und einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit moderner Küche kann man bei 160 m3 ein perfektes Zusammenleben organisieren. Ein übriges trägt der Blick auf Dutzende Pferde vom Balkon zur Freude bei.

Sehr schöne, neue und großzügige Ferienwohnung. Schöne, aber ruhige Lage und alles sehr sauber. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben noch gefehlt (🍺 und 🥂 Gläser). Aber sonst ist alles 🔝.

Traumhafte Wohnung auf dem Land

Wir haben eine sehr großzügige, helle, saubere Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung vorgefunden. Alles war vom feinsten und funkelnagelneu. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Es wurde viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem großen Pferdepensionshof mit einem "Aktivstall" mit ca. 60 Pferden. Das war für mich und meine Tochter besonders interessant. Wir haben sogar eine persönliche Führung bekommen. Da es sich um einen Landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb handelt, muss man selbstverständlich auch mit entsprechenden Geräuschen am Morgen rechnen. Wer ausschlafen möchte und den das stört, soll sich Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen. Uns hat es nicht gestört und das gehört auf dem Land eben dazu. Beim kochen und essen kann man einen phantastischen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Wir haben bei Familie Jehl eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in jeder Minute genossen. Vielen Dank für alles!
