The combined living and dining room with open, well-equipped kitchen is the heart of home life; here you can cozy up and watch movies, listen to the radio or music, play games and engage in conversation. The beautiful bathroom has a washing machine and underfloor heating.



Almost around the whole house is a terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, so you will always find a wonderful place to sit. Here it is good to live, enjoy the sun, the fresh air, read a good book or drink a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There is also a barbecue available so you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. The children will love to play on the sandy and wooded property around the house.



Only a short walk separates you from the beautiful sandy beach, where you can spend many pleasant hours swimming and building sandcastles. The area is perfect for long, beautiful walks. Some of the many popular destinations are the Dueodde lighthouse, the Rokkestenen, the charming towns of Snogebæk, Svaneke, etc. The children will love the Krølle-Bølle ice cream, named after the national island troll.
