The large backyard boasts a nice semi in-ground pool perfect for families with small kids. The pool is open for your use from June 1st to September 15th.

One (1) driveway parking is available for your use giving you easy access to the side gate that leads to the apartment. Apartment access is in the backyard.

Note: I live downstairs with my family so I'm available if you need anything but we always respect your privacy. Your apartment is fully private.
