What makes this property unique

An Art Nouveau house that has been completely renovated. It consists of 5 luxuriously decorated apartments. All apartments have access to a gym, sauna and hydromassage pool.Use of the spa area must be announced at least 12 hours before entering the apartment so that the hydromassage pool can be heated and use is permitted once a day. We also have a romantic garden. Peace, quiet, and close to all facilities that the center offers. The spa area is located in a separate, private part of the villa, and it is necessary to book your appointment for using the spa at least 12 hours in advance. When guests of one residential unit are using the spa area, other guests from different residential units do not have access, ensuring complete privacy and security
