Why they chose this property

This is the quietest and friendliest neighborhood. We have almost no crime in this neighborhood. It helps that there are only 2 entry/exit points into Gulf Cove, Gillot and David. Easy to catch criminals here, and there is literally no foot traffic.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful new home, tiled throughout with backyard facing south to get that great morning sun exposure, which lasts all day. I fenced it in so your pet can roam freely.

I also added beach umbrella and chairs as well as a SPA/Hot Tub for my guests to enjoy a relaxing evening in.
