The cozy holiday apartment 'Rubin' is located in Mittenwald and overlooks the mountain. The 2-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV in the living room and the bedroom.

Your private outdoor area includes garden furniture and an open terrace, that offers a nice view of the Karwendel mountains.

Each apartment is named after a gemstone, which is also integrated into the interior design and the rooms are color-coordinated with the respective gemstone. The care is very personal, the guests are taken care of and receive local jam as a gift.

Wonderful views from clean and comfortable home! The outdoor space was amazing! Close to trails and easy walk into town. Parking available in a garage. Washing machine was convenient and all other amenities as described. Highly recommend!

Ansich eine schöne Unterkunft, aber für den Preis (134/ Tag) hätte ich etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Direkt neben dem Esstisch stand ein Staubsauger der nicht ausgeleert war und die Bürste des Saugers sah wirklich eklig aus, genauso der vorhandene Besen in der Wohnung. Zudem funktionierte der Stöpsel in der Spüle nicht, die Abzugshaube auch nicht.Leider waren auch die Ablagenöglichkeiten in der Wohnung etwas gering, im Wohnzimmer waren die Schubladen mit Bettdecken schon voll und im leinen Regal vor dem Schlafzimmer stand alles voller Deko. Auch der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer könnte größer sein.Nun aber zu den positiven Dingen: Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sie liegt ruhig und man ist fußläufig in 7 min. in der schönen Einkaufsstraße. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin vor Reiseantritt war super. Auch die Parkmögluchkeiten sind top. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Prachtige en stemmige verblijfplaats in het hart van Mittenwald.

Pros: De ideale locatie, op wandelafstand van het centrum maar toch rustig. Ideaal gelegen vlak naast een wandelroute. Cons: Een nieuwe ovenschaal en een nieuwe snijplank zouden daar zeker welkom zijn. Verder is de keuken prima voor dagdagelijks gebruik.

Tolle Ferienwohnung ohne Mängel

Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selten dass eine Ferienwohnung so gut ausgestattet war. Außerdem waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich und fürsorglich.
