Gemütlich und Modern

Ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die Anbindung durch die nahe Autobahn ist auch sehr gut.Der Vermieter Uwe ist super nett und hilfsbereit! :)Man muss sich halt vorher anschauen wo die Wohnung genau liegt und sich beim Rest die Preis/Leistung in Erinnerung rufen.Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.Checkin durch die Schlüsselbox super flexibel, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Japp man muss sein Auto gut beherrschen oder den Kantstein nutzen ;)Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut ausreichend, falls was fehlt einfach Uwe schreiben, er ist äußert bemüht das alles passt.Für die Morgenrunde kann man sehr schnell ins Feld und die Natur, super schön.Direkt an der Autonbahn 1min entfernt ist alles; Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann, Mc&BB und massig Ladesäulen.Die Lage fand ich optimal, in 15min in Magdeburg und so 45-60min im Harz.Die Lautstärke vom nächtlichen Verkehr hält sich echt in Grenzen, man kann wunderbar schlafen; da nervt der Hund der Nachbarn im Zweifel mehr. :D

Verwandtenbesuch in Magdeburg

Sehr gut geeignet für ein altes Ehepaar, welches getrennte Betten bevorzugt, durch Klimaanlage bei jedem Wetter zu nutzen (Außentemperatur 33 Grad kein Problem). Für längere Aufenthalte hätten wir persönlich lieber ein deutlich größeres Waschbecken, ansonsten prima!

Entspannter Urlaub

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit, die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, sehr gemütlich, und ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als ausreichend in der Nähe, und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch viele. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen die Ferienwohnung ein zweites Mal zu Buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles bestens!

Wir haben uns in dieser sauberen, schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat, sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Magdeburg. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sowohl vorab als auch während und nach dem Aufenthalt einwandfrei. Wir können diese nette Unterkunft super wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Habe das Appartement für ein langes Wochenende gebucht und war mehr als zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts, da komplett eingerichtet. Uwe sieht man zwar nicht (war bei uns zumindest der Fall, da ich auch viel unterwegs war), aber er ist mega freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn was ist. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt in der alten Heimat und gerne mal wieder in diesem Apartment 🙋‍♂️

Uwe ist ein überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vorzüge dieser kleinen, charmanten und gemütlichen Wohnung sehr genossen. Wenn sie eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon suchen und die verkehrsgünstige Lage schätzen, dann sollten sie einmal zu Gast bei Uwe sein.
