Ein altes kleines Schloss mit historischem Charme. Die häusliche Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, egal ob Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, Wäsche, Kinderspielzeug, Grillen, Kerzen, Holz... Alles da .Organisation und Kontakt zur Verwaltung sehr zuverlässig und persönlich.Was uns aber gestört hat, dass es kein heißes Wasser aus den Leitungen gab. Die Wassertemperatur ist nur auf minimale Wärme (35? )eingestellt . Wie ist es da eigentlich mit der Verkeimungsgefahr? Und der Kamin ist aufgrund des austretenden Rauches in die Wohnräume absolut unbenutztbar!!! Wurde aber im Angebot ausdrücklich empfohlen. Da wir im Juni ein sehr kühles Wochenende erwischt haben und die Heizung bereits abgestellt war , war es insgesamt ein kalter Aufenthalt. Jacken und Decken waren nötig. Alles im allem trotzdem eine schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, wenn auch mit einigem Renovierungs- und Handlungsbedarf.

Silvesterurlaub

Tolle Gegend für Ausflüge gibt viel zu sehen. Wir waren von Bamberg bis Fichtelsee unterwegs. Gute Unterkunft für Familien da 4 Schlafzimmer.Untere Bad müsste renoviert werden aber die Dusche ist völlig okay. Wäre schön wenn die Schränke in den Zimmern leer wären für die eigene Kleidung. Waren trotzdem zufrieden

Wow Faktor ist garantiert

Das Schloss ist wunderschön hergerichtet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kommt aus dem Staunen fast nicht raus. Der Vermieter Herr Schmid ist super freundlich, die Verwalterin auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Gekocht, gegrillt, nett zusammen gesessen und gut geschlafen! Und dann noch Ausflüge gemacht und etwas gewandert. Es war perfekt. ☺️ Danke, dass wir dort für die paar Tage Schlossherren und Schlossfrauen sein durften.

Ein fürstliches Wochenende

Sehr schön! Das Ambiente dieses kleinen Schlösschens ließ uns wie Fürsten leben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ob in der Küche, den Bädern, den Schlafzimmern oder dem Wohnbereich. Die Schlafzimmer sind Gemächer, die Küche klein, süß und alles Moderne vorhanden. Eine kleine Schlossküche :) Meine anfänglichen Bedenken, dass alles etwas "steif" werden könnte, haben sich sehr schnell zerschlagen. In jedem Zimmer gab es nette Kleinigkeiten zu entdecken, auch für unsere kleine Frieda (2 Jahre). Außerdem hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten uns u.a. im königlichen Schlossgarten auch sehr wohl fühlen. Ein sehr gemütliches und schönes Ambiente!

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Wer eine besondere Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es eine tolle Zeit. Die Ungebung ist super, man kann viele schöne Sachen unternehmen. Mit Kleinkindern muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppe recht steil ist. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

4 Schlossherren auf Abenteuersuche

4 Herren, verschworen seit der Jugend, besetzten für ein langes Wochenende das Schloss. Wir erlebten in dem urigen Gebäude vergnügte Zeiten bei gutem Essen und Trinken (!), kurzweiligen Spielsessions und Erzählungen, nebst einer Wanderung in der nahen Umgebung in voller, mittelalterlicher Gewandung, die bei so mancher Begegnung mit Wanderern und Fahrzeuglenkern bleibende Eindrücke hinterlassen haben mögen... 😂 Wir 4 erlebten also 4 tolle Tage im und am Schloss. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin lief bestens! Haben schöne Eindrücke mit nach Hause genommen! Danke sehr!

Mehr-Genarationen geeignet

Die FeWo wurde von uns mit vier Parteien (3 Generationen) genutzt und für alle war in dem urigen und altertümlichen Haus genügend Platz vorhanden. Am großen Esszimmertisch hatten alle acht Personen genügend Platz. Die Zimmer sind im antiken Stil eingerichtet und belassen worden. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielseitigen Aktivitäten (Therme, Tropfsteinhöhle, Wanderwege etc.) ein. Absprachen und Kontaktaufnahme zur Verwaltung jederzeit top. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an NICHTS gefehlt.

Zauberhaft entspannte Tage im Schloss

Einfach magisch! Wir konnten ganz entspannte, entschleunigte Tage und einen wunderbaren 50. Geburtstag auf Schloss Plankenfels verbringen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Herrn Schmid und Frau Stettner! Gerne würden wir mal wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem ganz besonderen Ambiente in einer grandiosen Landschaft verbringen.

Oase der Ruhe

Wenn es draußen heiß ist und die Temperaturen im steigen sind, kann man sich hinter dicken Mauern zurück ziehen und entspannen. Und das in diesem Ambiente, Alte Gemälde, edle Böden, bequeme Sitzecken, da lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wir haben es genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen, diesmal mit unserem Enkel, für den ist es hier sicher auch super spannend.

Immer wieder gerne im Schloss Plankenfels

Wir haben uns in dem Schloss sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig, sauber und ... eben ein Schloss mit großem Garten. Beim Check-In-Out-Vorgang war alles super. Die Umgegend ist fantastisch.
