In an absolute dream location in the Hanseatic city of Wismar, Dock 07 with 75 square metres of living space, 2 separate bedrooms and a beautiful living-dining area with fitted kitchen for up to 5 people is offered in the newly built "Hafenspitze" apartment building. The floor plan is very practical with 2 large bedrooms - one of which is equipped with a desk as a workplace - and a large living-dining area.
The best thing, however, is the location. The flat is located directly in the historic harbour district of Wismar, which has been very positively upgraded in recent years with a lot of love and attention and impresses with its historic warehouses.
The flat has a great view of the industrial harbour and there is always something to see and discover, especially for children. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, which are particularly soundproof (as are all the windows in the flat), even the youngest guests can look directly at the ships coming and going.
With the small but very nice private terrace, you can also enjoy the harbour flair, including the sea air and the chattering of the seagulls, and enjoy a glass of wine or a coffee in peace and quiet.
The harbour promenade with its small shops and the historic old town are just a few minutes' walk away.
The offer also includes the use of a large, lockable bicycle room in the building. Bicycles as well as pushchairs, bicycle trailers or small scooters can be safely stored here. The flat key guarantees easy access to this area at all times.
There is a large multi-storey car park within walking distance, in which sufficient spaces are available for guests of the apartment building. However, use of the car park is subject to a charge and is not included in the offer. However, the costs are still within reasonable limits.
If you would like to park more cheaply, you can do so directly in Stockholmer Str. at the pier. There are a number of parking bays on the roadside for which a special "Good Morning Ticket" can be purchased.
The Hafenspitze is a "serviced flat block" with professional service - comparable to a hotel.
The facilities correspond to a 4-star hotel standard.
These include, for example, internet-enabled flat screens in every room, very good Wi-Fi connection (at no extra charge), very high-quality hotel beds as well as facilities for babies or small children travelling with you.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and can be reached by lift.
All rooms and the terrace have a direct water view of the harbour area and the old warehouse buildings.
The flat is designed for a maximum occupancy of 5 people (babies and small children not included). Linen packs can be obtained from reception for an additional charge (or you can bring your own bed linen and towels).
The Hanseatic city of Wismar is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts a picturesque old town with great architecture, many houses from the Hanseatic period and impressive brick churches. It is also located on the Bay of Wismar. The flat is located directly in the harbour mile at the very end of the pedestrian zone and you can enjoy the great light and marvel at the combination of a living harbour with incoming and outgoing ships and the loading and unloading of cargo ships. Of course, nothing stands in the way of cruises with the passenger ships on the doorstep. Culinary delights are also on offer, from fresh fish from the cutter or a quick snack from the bistro to a really excellent Italian restaurant in the historic warehouse opposite. Due to its central location, day trips to other Hanseatic cities worth visiting such as Lübeck, Hamburg, Rostock or Stralsund are also possible. The state capital Schwerin is also only 30 minutes away. Travelling by train is also easy thanks to the flat's proximity to the train station.
