This wonderful vacation rental is ideally located: central and right on the waterfront! Situated between the spa gardens and the spa promenade, just a few meters from the sea. The famous spa promenade (directly accessible via the rooftop terrace) invites you to take a leisurely stroll and also provides everything you need for daily life, while the lounge in the entryway is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

The complex features an underground parking garage. There is also a bicycle storage room where bicycles can be safely stored.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

The Beach Apartment SEASIDE 18, newly renovated and refurbished in 2021/2022, warmly welcomes you. SEASIDE 18 is a modern, high-quality 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand with a light-filled orangery (winter garden). It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children (a surcharge of €10 per night applies for the 3rd and 4th person).

• Central location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand with direct access to the spa promenade (via stairs) as well as to the supermarket and bakery—everything is just a short walk away.
• Underfloor heating throughout the apartment for a pleasant barefoot experience.
• Elegant herringbone-patterned flooring.
• Orangery-style sunroom for cozy wine evenings.
• 2 large Ambilight flat-screen TVs (70" + 55") with cable HD and Netflix, in case you love TV shows.
• High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.
• Desk, in case you need to get some work done or send vacation greetings to your loved ones.
• High-quality amenities (Villeroy & Boch tableware and bathroom fixtures, Nespresso, Musterring kitchen, Siemens appliances, Philips TVs and kitchen appliances, Amazon Alexa, and much more).
• Box-spring bed in the bedroom (1.80 m x 2.00 m single-piece mattress) and box-spring sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m) in the Orangery for a restful night’s sleep.

• Washer and dryer in the building (for a fee), in case you do want to do laundry.

You can access the apartment via an outdoor staircase from the inner courtyard on the 2nd floor. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

You’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with built-in closets.
From there, you’ll enter the bright bedroom with a box spring bed (single mattress measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m), a 55-inch Ambilight flat-screen TV, and a large built-in closet with a desk. The bedroom can be completely darkened using an exterior blind.

The modern shower room features a large rain shower, a hair dryer, and heated towel racks and floor heating.

The spacious dining/living area is sunny thanks to the glass front of the south/west-facing sunroom.

The very well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. You can enjoy your meals at the modern counter on comfortable bar stools.

The living area features a large sofa, a 70" Ambilight flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and iPod docking station, as well as an Amazon Echo Show (Alexa) connected to the Amazon Music library.

The sunny orangery (conservatory) features an additional sofa bed for two people and a space to relax. A table with additional seating is also available here.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. The guest is liable for the loss of the parking pass (€100).

Wi-Fi is also included for you (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
