Sehr gute Lage, aber lieblos eingerichtet und abgewohnt

Die Wohnung liegt herrlich ruhig und strandnah in der ersten Etage eines Apartmenthauses. Schön waren die bezogenen Betten bei der Anreise (an der Ostsee sonst eher die Ausnahme). Das gute Restaurant "Seeeteufel" ist ein paar Schritte nebenan. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlt leider an ein paar sonst gewohnte Accessoires zum Wohlfühlen. Überall Abnutzungsspuren und Schmutz (z.B. Balkon, Armaturen, Küchengeräte). Die Schlafcouch ist abgewetzt. Störend sind auch die lauten Trittgeräusche von der oberen Wohnung. Fahrräder können leider nur vor dem Haus angeschlossen werden. Hohe Nebenkosten.
