The "Hillebachsee" 3-room vacation rental, measuring approximately 50 m², is located in the beautiful health resort of Winterberg-Niedersfeld, just a few minutes’ drive from many recreational attractions.

The large terrace is a great place to relax in both summer and winter. From there, you have a beautiful view of the natural surroundings. The vacation rental is individually furnished, and its spacious, open living room invites you to make yourself truly comfortable.
The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower. In the open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for your vacation stay, such as a coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and air purifier.

The vacation rental has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 3 guests. All windows are equipped with roller shutters. Additionally, all rooms feature modern radiators that can be controlled via remote.

Description of the surrounding area:
Winterberg is known for its ski resorts, but there are also many different recreational activities to enjoy here in the summer. It’s particularly well-suited for families with children, as well as hikers, cyclists, skiers, and water skiers.

For hikers, the Rothaar Mountains Nature Park is just a 2-minute drive away—practically right around the corner. Various ski lifts and toboggan runs in Winterberg are just a few minutes’ drive away. The vacation rental is approximately 9.8 km from the Winterberg Bike Park and 12.6 km from Mount Kahler Asten (842 m high).

Winterberg’s main attractions, such as the Upländer Bauernmolkerei Milk Museum and Wake & Water Winterberg, are nearby. FORT FUN Adventure Land is less than a 20-minute drive away.

Please note that the city of Winterberg charges a tourist tax (Kurtaxe) of 2.20 EUR per day for guests aged 15 and older. In exchange, we will provide you with the SauerlandSommerCard (valid from April through November). With this card, you and your family can enjoy up to 40 recreational activities for free or at a significantly reduced rate.
