The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee during your stay. The living room and bedroom both include TVs so you can relax after a day at the beach.
For added convenience, the unit also includes an iron and ironing board for guest use.
Step outside and enjoy direct access to the sand along with Camelot by the Sea’s resort amenities including pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, and a fitness center.

House Rules & Important Information
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No Pets or Emotional Support Animals: Animals are not allowed without prior written approval from Seafoam Property Management, LLC.
No Parties or Large Gatherings: Events, parties, or large group gatherings are not permitted such events can cause you to be escorted from the room immediately without a refund.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

ID Verification: A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.
Property Access & Restrictions
The HOA strictly prohibits the presence of boats, trailers, RVs, campers, and personal golf carts. There is motorcycle parking aloud, but please park on the lowest level of the garage as possible to cut down on the noise for the rest of the residents. . Please make sure to have parking pass displayed in your vehicle as unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the renter’s expense, and any resulting HOA fines will be the responsibility of the guest.

No Daily Housekeeping: A starter supply of essentials and fresh linens is provided.
Pest Control: Monthly pest control is performed; occasional sightings may occur.
Bed Bug Policy: No history of bed bugs. False claims will result in inspection fees charged to the guest and can result in legal action.
Pool & Parking Items: Parking passes and pool band must be obtained at the lobby located on the first floor of the parking garage. You must show your booking confirmation upon arrival. Pool wristbands be returned at check-out. Replacement fees may apply for lost or missing items.
