This 3-room vacation apartment is located in the "Residenz am Yachthafen" on the 2nd floor, on the busy harbor promenade (Festplatz) in Kirchdorf.

From the hallway you go directly into the bright, cozy living room equipped with a comfortable couch, TV with DVD player and a dining corner for relaxed family evenings. From here you can access a small balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils.

One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Kleine Anmerkungen. Ein Bodenbelag auf dem Balkon wäre sicher für eine Nutzung in den warmen Monaten von Vorteil (schöneres Ambiente) und bei der Schlüsselabholung außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten Ihres Büros war nicht sofort eineindeutig, dass alle Schlüssel im Tresor identisch sind (Stückzahl ca. 20 Stück) vielleicht haben wir das bei der Menge an Informationen und E-Mails auch überlesen. Von großem Vorteil war der Fahrradkeller in dem wir unsere eigenen Fahrräder abstellen konnten und diese sicher verwahrt waren. Viele Grüße aus Dresden Herr Schüler

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Boden vom Balkon. Da könnte man vielleicht ein paar Platten drauflegen, oder ihn wenigstens sauber machen und den dreckigen Aschenbecher entfernen. Außerdem hängt der Spiegel im Bad zu hoch, den hat bestimmt ein 2 Meter Mann aufgehängt. Eine Halterung für die Toilettenrolle wäre auch schön. Wenn man keine an der Wand befestigen kann dann gibt es auch welche mit Klobürste zusammen als Ständer. Auch könnte man bei Urlaubsende den Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen und müsste nicht extra über den Holperweg in Ihr Büro fahren. Ihre Damen waren beim Empfang sehr nett und die Organisation hat uns auch gut gefallen, aber als wir nach Kleingeld für den Parkautomaten (übrigens sehr vorsinnflutlich) gefragt haben, wurden wir an den Automaten verwiesen. Dieser hat für 10 € 0,50 Cent Stücke rausgeworfen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Lage war strategisch sehr gut. Superm..

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Lage war strategisch sehr gut. Supermarkt in Laufweite, Hafen und Restaurant ebenso, wo es sehr hübsch ist. Die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer war ok. Nachts war es ruhig, morgens ab 7 Uhr viel Arbeitnehmerverkehr auf der Straße und den dahinter liegenden Parkplätzen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, man sollte sein Auto gut kennen. Mir fehlten ein zusätzlicher Müllbeutel, 1 Waschtab für jeden Tag (Spühlmaschine), ein Geschirrhandtuch und das Spülmittel war so gut wie leer. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die den Vermieter kaum was kosten, mittlerweile Standard sind und den Mieter sehr entlasten. Es fehlte ein brauchbarer Sonnenschirm, der vorhandene war mini und nicht hoch genug, um darunter zu sitzen.
